Size

  • ✓ $500K to $5M in annual earnings (EBITDA or SDE)
  • ✓ Revenue is secondary. Earnings quality and consistency matter more.

Business traits

  • ✓ Established operating history. We do not buy startups or turnarounds.
  • ✓ A team or management in place. The business should run without the owner doing everything.
  • ✓ Consistent profitability with clean books, or books we can clean up together.

Geography

  • ✓ Primary focus: West Coast, Nevada, Arizona, the Northeast, and select Midwest markets
  • ✓ Opportunistic nationally for the right business

Deal structure

  • ✓ Flexible. We have experience with seller financing, transition periods, and structures that fit an owner's tax and timing needs.
